Kick Back In This Rainy Season

The rainfall in May has been constant in the state of North Carolina. There's been much more than usual. I personally love the rain, mainly when it's around Spring or Summer time, because it brings me memories of my childhood in Honduras. Most of the time if I'm in my house when it rains, I run to open all my windows in order to hear the calming sound of the rain and even the thunder.
I understand that too many rainy days can actually depress some folks, but so far, for me, they are days of tranquility and even meditation. I think I could survive living in Seattle or London.
The day of this photo shoot rained all day long, but that didn't stop me from wearing a fun look. In my opinion, if rain brings a tad of melancholia to you, try to wear something totally fun; something colorful or unique. If you welcome the rain with style, I guarantee that sooner or later you will see the rain in a different way.
