There are no better outfits for weekends than the ones you can look casual and yet stylish in. To me, casual doesn't mean sloppy, so, I'm totally against looking like a hobo in order to feel comfortable. There are ways to bring sophistication even to the most laid-back pieces in our wardrobes, such a pair of ripped jeans or a plain baseball hat.
The look I'm wearing today is casual and yet refined, due to the juxtaposed combination in-between my distressed denim and dressy accessories. By the way, talking about dressy, I'm totally loving the idea of bringing evening or special event fashion pieces to everyday life, such as satin shoes.
My satin shoes are brand new but vintage by Yves Saint Laurent and what I love about them is that despite being new, they were extremely comfortable due to its fabric (the main reason why my grannies loved them). I also love the square cap-toe style, the higher cleavage (noticed as glove shoe) and blocked heel. All of these three characteristics are becoming popular again. As we all know, what goes around comes around, so, it's so neat to be able to wear the original pieces that are inspiring designers these days.
THANKS FOR VISITING! 😊
