I can't believe another year is gone. It went so fast, at least for me. This year, positive things happened to me and my family: I married my best friend; I quit my job of 17 years to pursue my dreams of blogging; my sons continue to achieve their goals; we were blessed with health and love...etc, etc. I really can't count how many blessings came to our way this year. I'm very thankful for every little thing, including the challenges.
I want to thank all my followers for their support and for visiting my blog every day to learn about my spontaneous style.
Throughout this year, I've been working with improvements in this blog. They might not be huge, but I assure you that they are making a difference in the ease of navigating through my blog and the time my readers are spending here. Thanks again for sticking with me. I know there are tons of wonderful blogs over the internet and I'm honored and grateful that you have chosen mine to be one of the ones that you've decided to follow.
This is my last outfit post of the year, so what better way than to share a very fun layered look, which is so appropriate for Winter. I've been playing with layers and combinations that I never considered before. I'm discovering styling ideas that can work for a petite person, and obviously, they could work for the taller gals as well.
I'm not afraid of layering; in fact, I've been feeling challenged by it. As you can see, today, I've mixed textures, colors and silhouettes in order to create a one-of-the-kind look. I love all shades of burgundy and when paired with gray, it becomes even more attractive to me.
