Add Fun To Your Blues

At this point, you probably have realized that I love blue and I mean all shades of blue. I'm always looking for interesting pieces made with this color and I also look for pieces that can enhance it as well.
Today I'm wearing two new items from my wardrobe. If you've read this post and also this one, you will know which ones are the new pieces. I could have worn them in separate outfits, however, I couldn't resist the idea to pair them together in order to compliment one to another.
As I said before, wearing a look with several garments of the same color can be a tad tricky, however, it's a good idea to combine different hues of that color in order to add some dimension.

To make my blues more interesting, I played with color-blocking by adding my favorite leather skirt (more looks here and here). I also created a small pattern mix detail in-between my Beau Gant polka dot gloves and my vintage needlepoint bag.

As I promised you this past Sunday, I'm showing you today my second pair of gloves from BeauGant.com. I'm enamored with these polka dot gloves because of the color and print. I've no doubt that these luxurious gloves are going to bring fun to my cold day blues.
