It's often said that stripes with plaids don't mix, but in my opinion when mixing patterns, you should pay more attention to the colors and sizes than the actual shape or style of the patterns.
When I mix prints, I like to break up the look with solid-colored pieces. This time, I not only did that, but I also added a touch of metallic in order to kick it up a notch. By the way, lately, I've been wearing fun socks with some of my looks just because I think it's fun but, as you can see, it can also transform the look of the shoes.
I was feeling creative with my metallic socks wearing them with my bootie sandals and also folding them at the top.
