It's not a secret for my readers that I love to wear metallics, and mainly nowadays, because we don't have to wait until after dark to rock them. Metallic hues have become the new black, they not only can bring a touch of fun to our ensembles, but they can also add sophistication.
Today, I'm wearing a disco-like metallic shirt that I found brand new on Ebay for a very reasonable price. I've been looking for the right button down metallic shirt for a while, and only because they remind me of Studio 54 back in the 70's. I knew I could incorporate it in to an everyday look, and also use it for bringing some bling to a classy color combo like navy with blue.
Besides adding bling to my look, I also did a little bit of texture mixing between my jacquard pants and my mesh-type metallic shirt.
A blazer and pants combo doesn't have to be boring! Wear it with a touch sparkle to elevate its look.
I kept my accessories minimal, which is a good idea when wearing a statement piece like this shirt.
