Clothes With Movement
January 7, 2016
Having a small wardrobe has terrific benefits, like for example, I have to put to work my creativity in order to take full advantage of my clothes. For example, today I'm wearing a hi-low dress that I've kept for a few years because of its style and the way it looks when I walk. It's a summer dress, but I wanted to style it for winter, therefore I layered it with a comfortable sweater and a classic peacoat.
When I say, "clothes with movement" I mean items that look good not only while I'm standing out, but also when I walk and more likely, they will continue moving around while styled with other pieces.
Dress: The Limited (old). See a similar look by Splendid.
Coat: Ann Taylor (sold out). Cole Haan's version looks terrific.
Sweater: Old Navy (old)
Boots: Manolo Blahnik.
Bag: Kate Spade.
Beret: Vintage. Try Asos' version.
Sunglasses: Tom Ford
Watch: Bulova. Similar here.
