It's All in The Mix

Mixed patterns have always added a very fun touch to my style. Today, I decided to wear three different patterns, however, if you noticed I'm also wearing three solid color pieces in order to break up the prints a little bit.

 I also tried my best to wear patterns that didn't compete with each other, because they are in different sizes. And last thing I considered with this mix, was keeping the prints in the same color family. I often use contrasting colors when mixing patterns, but I make sure they all have at least one color in common. 

By the way, today I had the chance to wear my new Louboutin Pigalle pumps! I believe my feet are spoiled by Italian made shoes, because they all feel like a dream on my feet. Too bad the prices are so high. 

Los estilos con estampados combinados siempre le han dado un toque divertido a mi estilo personal. Hoy decidí ponerme una combinación de tres estampados diferentes pero, si lo notan también me puse tres atuendos de color solido para distraer la atención un poco.

También trate de usar estampados de diferente tamaño por atuendo para que no compitieran por atención. Y la ultima cosa que consideré combinando estos estampados fue llevarlos en colores de la misma gama. Claro, muchas veces combino estampados con contrastes fuertes, pero me aseguro que todas las piezas tengan tan siquiera un color en común.

Espero que les guste mi ensalada de estampados y a propósito de gustar, hoy tuve la oportunidad de ponerme mis Louboutin Pigalle por primera vez. Les confieso que mis pies están consentidos con tacones Italianos, porque simple los siento confortables.
