What To Wear For Thanksgiving

When I saw these color-block loafers on sale, the first thing that came to my mind was Thanksgiving and Christmas. If you are like me, and you stay busy around the Holidays cooking, decorating and getting things ready for the family, then you'll appreciate a pair of comfortable shoes (yeah, semi-square toe is slowly coming back). Yesterday I decided to wear my flats with an outfit that I thought would be appropriate for a busy Thanksgiving due its bright color-block and comfortable feel. I couldn't help but add a little animal print to spice up this already vibrant look. Later in the day we went out for dinner and I altered a few pieces of this look in order to make it more evening appropriate, which is something that I find myself doing very often in Holidays dinners due the limited time available to get ready.

Cuando yo miré estos mocasines bicolor en oferta, lo primero que se me vino a la mente fue los días de  festividades como la El Día de Gracias y La Navidad. Si tus festividades son como las mías bien ocupadas cocinando y preparando la casa para la familia, entonces apreciarás un par de mocasines confortables (si, de punta cuadrada que ya se esta poniendo de moda poco a poco). Ayer me decidí ponerme mis mocasines nuevos con un conjunto que también se vería apropiado para el Dia de Gracias, debido a su mezcla de colores vibrantes y su confortabilidad. Los calcetines de zebra le dieron un toque mas juguetón y un poco de estampado, que la verdad se me hace difícil dejar atrás.

Luego en la tarde me cambie los zapatos y le agregué otras prendas para hacerlo mas apropiado para ir a cenar en el centro de la ciudad, lo cual lo hago muy seguido en los días de festividades debido al poco tiempo que me queda para alistarme.
