The end of this year is approaching us, therefore, another recap of outfits is due.
This year I definitely had fun with my classic pumps and blazers. In fact, they are foundational pieces of my wardrobe. As usual, I assessed my wardrobe several times throughout 2018. As I said earlier in the year, I let go of a few pieces I had from fast-fashion stores, and started focusing even more on sustainable purchases. When I say sustainable, I'm not only talking about the origin of the product or how it was made. I also believe that I can have a sustainable wardrobe by buying pre-loved and vintage goods. Another way for me to contribute to sustainability is by buying less, but better. I'm also focusing on classics that will get used a lot and will stay in my wardrobe for a very long time. The better made I buy, the less I discard.
I'm still into prints such as stripes, animal and plaid. My emotional style can't survive without my fun prints. This year, I made a couple purchases of classic stiletto heels that will bring so much fun to my looks. I also accrued a pair of statement shoes, that I can't get enough of them. I'm a firm believer that shoes are the foundation of my looks. By the way, I can't help to love high heel shoes - they literally elevate my outfits.
Well, without further ado, let me share the first four months of 2108 looks.
