Back in March, I acquired this fabulous vintage pair of YSL pumps with the intentions of introducing more purple items in my wardrobe. So far, my purple shoes have survived all of my wardrobe assessments since Spring time.
As I mentioned several times before, the best way to warm up to a new color or pattern without feeling overwhelmed is by tapering the introduction process.
The dress I'm wearing today is a vintage Chloe, which I really love because of its vibrant print and flowy design. You are more than welcome to see more looks with this fabulous dress here, here, and here. As you can see, I've been able to wear this dress with pieces that will match and compliment every color in it, except the purple.
WHAT I WORE:
Dress: Chloe/Jeans: Levi's/Top: Reformation/Shoes: YSL (vintage)/Bag: Mansur Gavriel/Sunglasses: Ray-Ban (80's stock).
Yesterday, I felt confident enough with the idea of stepping out of my comfort zone and matching the purple tones in my dress with satin shoes. This makes me believe that the purple color has completely grown on me, to the point to feel comfortable enough wearing two purple garments at once.
THANKS FOR VISITING! 💜
