Red Coat

The weather started turning pretty cold and we even had a little bit of snow flurries this evening, which turned out to be the perfect weather to sport my brand new red coat for the very first time. I have a dark camel vintage coat that I've been wearing a lot, but I needed a bright coat to bring a little more of a contrast to my winter outfits. This ruby red coat stole my heart right away and the price wasn't that bad for a nice semi-oversized coat like this. I decided to pair it with my zebra print dress for even more fun, along with my sandal booties. I wish I'd worn my closed-toe booties since my toes were freezing at the end of the day…lol. I guess those are the sacrifices and contradictions that we make for fashion, since when is cold we want to wear sandals and when is warm we wear boots ;-)

El tiempo se esta poniendo bien frío y tanto que hoy calló un poco de nieve al atardecer, la cual vino en hora buena porque así tuve la oportunidad de ponerme mi abrigo rojo por primera vez. Yo tengo un abrigo de color camello obscuro que me lo paso poniendo mucho, pero sentí la necesidad de agregar uno de color brillante para este invierno. Este abrigo de rojo rubí me conquisto el corazón tan pronto lo vi y el precio no estaba tan alto para dejarlo pasar. Hoy me decidí ponérmelo con mi vestido estampado de zebra para hacer mi conjunto mas divertido. También, me puse mis botines sandalias que han estado descansando por unos días, pero la verdad que mejor me hubiera puesto mis botines cerrados, porque al final del día mis dedos de los pies se me estaban congelando…jajaja. Bueno, esos son los sacrificios y contradicciones que aveces hacemos por la moda, porque cuando esta frío queremos ponemos sandalias  y cuando esta cálido nos ponemos botas ;-)
